Worked with companies like Navion Singapore and Yooil Southeast Asia. He is also Founder Director of Adora Energy Pvt Limited, Mumbai operating Solar Power Plant in Ranjangaon, MP having 25 years Power Purchase Agreement under Ministry of New & renewable Energy since 2011.
Abhishek Pathak is Chief Executive Officer of Yooil Envirotech. A strong strategic planner, vibrant & high-spirited leader with a very ardent approach towards business & growth with more than 22 years of experience in the field of Business Development, Technical, Sales, Planning & Project Management. In his past endeavour worked with various MNC’s like 3M , Hilti & Maccaferri. By qualification an Engineer and MBA (Strategy & Business Administration) from MDI Gurgaon.
He is Vice President- Technical, brings over 27 years of extensive experience in Hydro Power Planning and Development.He has successfully managed projects in diverse countries, including India, Canada, Nepal, Indonesia, and Bhutan. Before joining Yooil, he served as an Independent Consultant for Hydro Power Projects. He has also contributed his expertise to prominent organizations such as LNJ Bhilwara Group, L&T-Sargent & Lundy Ltd, Aqua electro and Motel Resorts Ltd, Continental Construction Ltd, Power Himalayas Ltd and Kay Vee Construction Co.
He is Vice President – Finance with rich experience of nearly two decades . He is spearheading entire financial & commercial accounting, finalization of accounts, augmenting revenue by changing product mix, budgeting, cash-flow, driving project profitability, future cash flows projection, contract commercial & pricing decision-making & commercial activities. Prior to Yooil, he was working with Leighton India Contractors Private Limited handling monthly, quarterly & annual MIS using various reports such as Contract Valuation (CV), Revenue, Flexible Budget, Cash Forecast, Interim Claim Analysis, Under/Over Claims, Variations Analysis
He is General Manager - Construction. He has two decades of rich experience in project execution and project management, making him an invaluable addition to our team. He is a civil engineer graduate and post-graduate in Construction from NICMAR Pune. His twenty years of experience consists of association with M/s Navabharat Infra ventures Pvt. Ltd., L&T, MRIDCL, MEP Infrastructure, Koulgud Construction and D Thakkar Construction company.
The Head of Human Resources at Yooil Envirotech, brings close to two decades of rich and varied experience to his role. With his extensive experience and expertise in HR best practices, as well as his hands-on experience in the construction industry and joint venture projects, he is well-equipped to drive the development of a high-performance culture within the organization. Prior to joining Yooil Envirotech, He was associated with Tata Projects Ltd and L&T-Construction for a period of more than 18 years. He started his career with Intertek Labtest. Jaspal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and a bachelor’s degree in science from M D University.
