Abhishek Pathak is the Chief Executive Officer of our company. He is a strategic planner, vibrant & high-spirited leader, with a very aggressive attitude towards business & growth. He spearheads the sales and business development team. He streamlines and improves the company's operations, policies & processes to achieve the company’s goals & vision. In his past endeavours, he has worked with various MNC’s. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Business Development, Technical, Sales, Planning, Project Management and with a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industries. Prior to join YOOIL he was the head of Sales and Business development at Maccaferri. By qualification he is an Engineer and MBA (Strategy & Business Administration).
Om Jangid is our Vice President of Engineering and Projects. He possesses good techno-commercial skills/business acumen with experience of more than 20 years in designing, project management and execution of dams and canals. Prior to joining Yooil he was associated with L&T for more than 6 years. He has also worked for about 10 years with AFRI, ICCS and RMSI and India’s other top MNCs in the field of Hydropower and flood modelling projects. He holds the master’s degree in water resources engineering from IIT Delhi and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from MBM engineering college Jodhpur.
Manish Kumar Singh is our Vice President of Geotech Solutions. He has obtained master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from GBPU, Uttarakhand. He has about 20 years of experience in designing, analysing and execution of Hydro, tunnel, Highway, Dams, Railway, Infrastructures and Canals projects. He has very sound worked knowledge of analysis and designing softwares like SLIDE, XTABLE, HEAD, PLAXIS, DEEPXCAV, GEOSLOPE, PHASE2, UNWEDGE, SWEDGE, DIP, SETTELE-3D, STAAD. Pro and AUTOCAD. Prior to joining YOOIL he was working a s Joint General Manager at National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited. He has also worked in other reputed companies like NTPC, L&T and Reliance Power Limited.
Deepak Chaudhari is our Chief Financial Officer. A High-Calibre CA Professional with rich experience of nearly 2 decades in spearheading entire financial & commercial accounting, finalization of accounts, augmenting revenue by changing product mix, budgeting, cash-flow, driving project profitability, future cash flows projection, contract commercial & pricing decision-making & commercial activities.
Prior to Yooil, he was working with Leighton India Contractors Private Limited handling monthly, quarterly & annual MIS using various reports such as Contract Valuation (CV), Revenue, Flexible Budget, Cash Forecast, Interim Claim Analysis, Under/Over Claims, Variations Analysis
Ajay Hanwate is our General Manager - Construction. He has two decades of rich experience in project execution and project management, making him an invaluable addition to our team. He is a civil engineer graduate and post-graduate in Construction from NICMAR Pune. His twenty years of experience consists of association with M/s Navabharat Infra ventures Pvt. Ltd., L&T, MRIDCL, MEP Infrastructure, Koulgud Construction and D Thakkar Construction company.
Jaspal Singh Negi, as the Head of Human Resources at Yooil Envirotech, brings close to two decades of rich and varied experience to his role. With his extensive experience and expertise in HR best practices, as well as his hands-on experience in the construction industry and joint venture projects, Jaspal is well-equipped to drive the development of a high-performance culture within the organization.
Prior to joining Yooil Envirotech, Jaspal was associated with Tata Projects Ltd and L&T-Construction for a period of more than 18 years. Jaspal started his career with Intertek Labtest. Jaspal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and a bachelor’s degree in science from M D University.
